Prep Time5 minsCook Time20 minsTotal Time25 mins
Ingredients
 Granulated sugar
Directions
1

Sprinkle sugar on the work surface. Roll out the dough on top (if you chose block dough, roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm).

2

Sprinkle sugar on top of the dough.

3

Fold the edges inward, rolling them towards the center. You will get a log.

4

Chill the dough for a while so it hardens (cutting will be easier).

5

Cut the sausage into slices 0.5 to 1 cm thick.

6

To finish, place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a buttered tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180-190°C (thermostat 6/7). Flip the pastries halfway through baking to ensure they brown evenly on both sides.

Very simple, effective So good! Very fun! I had a puff pastry that was expiring today... I came across this recipe that reminds me of my school days.

Very good recipe despite the fact that I forgot to turn them halfway through cooking... I will try again while being more attentive.
