Sautéed Bananas with Onions, Parsley, and Bacon

Enjoy these sautéed bananas, onions, parsley, and bacon.

Ingredients
 6 Banana
 1 clove Garlic
 150 Bacon bits
 30 Flat-leaf parsley
 Black pepper
 Flower of salt

Peel the 6 bananas and slice them diagonally into pieces about 1/2 centimeter thick.

Sauté 150 g of bacon in a hot pan without any fat.

Add the banana slices, quickly sauté them so they are cooked while remaining firm.

Add 2 g of garlic, previously chopped, and 30 g of flat-leaf parsley. Serve immediately.

Add a twist of black pepper and a pinch of fleur de sel.

To finish, Chef's tip: this recipe can be enjoyed as a side dish with fish, or as a starter topped with a soft-boiled egg.
