 2 Plain yogurt
 1 Ground cumin
 1 Curry
 4 Olive oil

Spread the organic lamb shoulder in a dish, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with cumin, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and roast in the oven for 1 hour.

Wash the lettuce, spin it dry, and slice it.

Wash the cilantro and chop it roughly, mix it with the yogurt, curry, and the remaining olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

Heat the pita bread for a few minutes in the oven and cut them in half.
