Ingredients
 1 Fresh strawberry
 4 Sliced strawberries
 5 Sugar
 1 Water
 Fresh mint
Directions
1

Wash the strawberries well, remove the stems, and blend them. Strain through a sieve to eliminate the small seeds.

2

Heat the water and sugar over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and let cool.

3

Mix the blended strawberries with the syrup. Pour into a mold and place in the freezer. Every 15 minutes, stir to dissolve the ice crystals until the sorbet is smooth and homogeneous.

4

To finish, cover with plastic wrap and keep in the freezer until ready to serve.

Very good I tasted it at my sister-in-law's, she added fresh mint blended directly into the granita, it was really very good!
