Hibiscus: easy hibiscus juice recipe

Here is a simple recipe to make about 1.5 liters of homemade hibiscus juice, delicious and with that addictive flavor we love so much.

Ingredients
 1 cup Sugar
 1 Vanilla sugar
 Mint leaves
 Lemon juice
 2 Water
 ¾ Pineapple
 1 clove Vanilla

Cut the pineapple and blend it to obtain a juice. Alternatively, use 0.5 L of pineapple juice.

Wash the flowers and place them in a pot with water and pineapple, then bring to a boil for 30 minutes.

Remove from heat, add the mint leaves, then let cool completely.

Strain the juice to separate the flowers from the juice and any sediment that may remain.

Add the sugar, the lemon juice (about half a lemon), and the packet of vanilla sugar.

Pour into a bottle of approximately 1.5 L, add a split vanilla pod, shake, and place in the refrigerator for at least three hours.

To finish, serve very chilled.
