 1 Broccoli
 400 Tuna
 1 Onion
 Broth (for cooking broccoli)
 Salt
 Pepper
 10 Sour cream
 3 Egg

Cook the broccoli in your choice of broth until they become tender enough to puree easily.

Mash the drained broccoli in a large bowl (to be comfortable), let it cool... Roll out the puff pastry in the dish.

Line the tart base with crumbled tuna.

Add the eggs, sour cream, and half of the grated cheese to the broccoli puree, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

Spread the obtained mixture over the tuna crumbs.

To finish, sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the tart. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven and personal preference.

    Excellent recipe! Easy, quick, and light, perfect for a small gathering. My suggestion: I sautéed the onions and broccoli with a bit of olive oil. The result was just as good.

    A bit dry The idea is good, but I find the result a bit too dry with the plain tuna. It should be made creamier or use less broccoli.

    You mention an onion in the list of ingredients... but you don't mention it at any point in the recipe... proof that the recipe has never been tested and perhaps not even reviewed before publication...!!
