Super simple, super quick, super.... delicious!!! Quantity just right for a pie serving 4 to 6. For a larger dish, adjust the ingredients accordingly.

At first, I wasn't really convinced by the recipe when reading it, but in the end, it's a good dough. It's crispy, has a nice buttery flavor, and is perfect when you don't want to get your fingers dirty or wait for hours for the dough to rest. I'm incorporating it into my favorite recipes.

Pleasant surprise! Indeed very easy and very quick, without getting my hands dirty. When I rolled out the dough, I found it greasy and I was a little worried. In the end, baked with pear compote and apples, it was soft and crispy on the edges. There were three of us and we all enjoyed it.

I was skeptical when reading the recipe, I tried it, and I adopted it! A time saver that is not insignificant, in addition to not having the hassle of dough-covered fingers ;) I tested it in savory mode by replacing the sugar with a few pinches of salt, it was great! My guests were amazed and won over! Since then, I have not hesitated to share it! Thank you!

Happy!! Finally a pasta recipe that I don't have to knead by hand, with my fingers stuck in sticky dough, which I hate. Plus, it is very good. Recipe adopted!!! Thank you, thank you.
