 4 Zucchini
 3 Potato
 3 Cream cheese (similar to a mild cheese spread)

Wash the zucchinis well (do not peel them). Peel the potatoes.

Cut the zucchinis into small pieces, making sure to remove the seeds, and cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Put everything in a pot and cover with water. Add the broth cube (beef preferred) and do not salt as the broth contains some salt.

Cook for 30 minutes, then blend everything together and add the 3 cheeses. Blend again, add a little pepper, and chop some parsley (optional).

To finish, it can be enjoyed hot, but in summer this soup is very good cold. Enjoy your meal.

    Zucchini Veloute My suggestion: Instead of Kiri, use garlic and herbs cheese.
