 4 Egg
 1 Egg yolk
 2 Strong mustard
 25 Grape seed oil
 1 Wasabi
 1 Tuna in olive oil
 1 Chives
 Flower of salt
 Freshly ground pepper

Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes, then stop the cooking process by plunging them into cold water. Peel the eggs and set aside.

Chop the chives.

Mix the egg yolk and mustard.

Gradually add the oil until the mayonnaise thickens.

Add a few drops of vinegar, wasabi, and mustard. Mix. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
