Step off the beaten path with a chocolate fondant decorated with kiwis. This recipe is brought to you by the National Interprofessional Office of Kiwi.

Ingredients
 150 Baking dark chocolate (here 52%)
 150 Apple sauce
 60 Wheat flour
 2 Egg
 Chocolate chips
 2 Kiwi

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

Meanwhile, in a container, mix the applesauce with the flour and then the eggs.

Add the melted chocolate and mix again.

Pour some chocolate chips into the batter and mix.

Pour the batter into molds or cookie cutters (here, a silicone mold measuring 25.6 x 25.6 x 4.5 cm with 4 hearts to fill).

Bake for 13 minutes at 180°C.

Finally, place thin slices of kiwi on top.
