Recipe for Flower and Pineapple Sage Butter

AuthorCategoryDifficultyBeginner

The idea of making this butter with pineapple sage leaves and flowers crossed my mind when I saw this beautiful sage plant replanted this year at the time of its blooming, and I couldn't have imagined it being so beautiful. It has small red flowers that are highly attractive to bees, which are buzzing around it, and I won’t cut it just yet. This butter, in festive colors, is absolutely delicious.
