Leek soup A delight, what can I say, a work of art! My daughter usually doesn’t want to eat soup, but now her plate is empty, a big thank you. My suggestion: none.

Delicious Very good and will make it again! My suggestion: I didn't use onion but added herbs, chicken broth, and nutmeg: excellent and fluffy result.

Very good. Very well! My suggestion: I use hardly any salt and replace it with a chicken bouillon cube added at the end of cooking, then garnish with chopped chives. In summer, served cold, it is delicious. If it is too thick, you can add a little milk.

Very good A very good recipe that was enjoyed by the whole family. It reminds me of the soup my grandmother used to make when I was a child...

Milk in the soup Milk is not mandatory; it slightly softens the soup. My suggestion: You can use cream instead, it’s up to you according to your taste.
