An ultra creamy and flavorful gratin...
Bring the milk to a boil, add the butter, the herb bouquet, season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Add the previously sliced potatoes and let cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the potatoes, then pour in the liquid cream. Mix well. Then remove the herb bouquet.
To finish, rub a dish or mini ramekins with a clove of garlic, place the potatoes inside, and then pour the milk/cream mixture on top. Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
