A coffee ice cream, an idea that might seem unusual since I'm not very fond of ice cream, but as someone who loves coffee—especially good coffee—I decided to follow my idea and it turned out to be a real delight. This recipe requires 3 ingredients and there's no need for an ice cream maker. It's perfect and can be made in 15 minutes.

 20 Liquid cream
 100 Sweetened condensed milk
 30 Chocolate vermicelli

The ice cream mixture Whip the cream until quite firm. Add the sweetened condensed milk. Continue beating. Set aside. Dissolve the instant coffee in water. Whip with a mixer until it’s frothy. Add to the whipped cream. Mix well. Add the chocolate sprinkles. Pour into a container suitable for the freezer.

Finalizing the ice cream Stir every 30 minutes in 3 times. Take your ice cream out of the freezer 15 minutes in advance to shape nice scoops.
