This coconut flan with condensed milk is very quick to prepare, melts in your mouth, and is delicious to taste.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and shredded coconut. Mix. Add the eggs and cinnamon, then mix again.
Pour the mixture into ramekins. Bake for 25 minutes.
To finish, sprinkle with shredded coconut once pulled from the oven.
