    Indeed, a lightly sweetened recipe (cane sugar) but so good. The second batch was better, Because it was cooked less, 10 minutes as indicated instead of 12 the first time. Yum. Thank you.

    This recipe is great! The cookies were super soft right out of the oven and even the next day. Instead of using white sugar, I used brown sugar.

    A great recipe! Adding a piece of baking chocolate or a small spoonful of chocolate spread in the center of each little mound helps bring moisture to the cookie; otherwise, it can be a bit bland. But other than that, the recipe is excellent, they are really good, my kids loved them, and I will make them again.
