Crumble Dear Mrs. Corinne, you "stole" my idea of using apples to balance the acidity of the red fruits; you could have given a "source" saying that I was the one who found it, thank you in advance. Otherwise, this crumble is easy to make and delicious! My suggestion: Use 150g of sugar instead of 200g if you are using apples, as apples are naturally sweet.

Less sugar and more butter, no egg. And about 500 g of red fruits, add lemon zest to reduce acidity and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Good recipe This was my first crumble and honestly, it's good. But the next day, it no longer has a crunch. My suggestion: Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in ramekins.

Medium I didn't achieve a crispy crumble effect. I had difficulty spreading the dough and I messed up the baking (too soft and well-cooked fruits). The dough, however, tastes good! My suggestion: I believe that removing the egg would result in a better outcome.

Madam, we do not put eggs in a crumble. And in this recipe, there is too much sugar. My suggestion: I added apples to reduce the acidity of the fruits.
