Enjoy my leek fondue recipe, perfect for complementing your fish and white meat. This recipe is easy and quick to make.
Wash and slice the leeks into rings and place them in the bowl of the food processor.
Add the diced butter and set the Thermomix to 4 minutes at 100°C on speed 2.
Pour the water, salt, and pepper and set for 15 minutes on the Varoma function of the food processor at speed 2 in reverse mode.
To finish, once cooking is done, pour into another container, add the cream, and serve.
